Unresolved UAP Report, Eastern United States, 2019

The United States Navy submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) consisting of 20 seconds of video footage from an infrared sensor aboard a civilian aircraft in 2019. An accompanying Range Fouler Debrief, DOW-UAP-D090, describes the phenomenon as exhibiting “flight characteristics unlike anything [the observer] had seen in 28 years [of service] for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy.
